Congratulations! Our offer was accepted and you are on your way to living in your dream home! You’ve been pre-approved with your lender and you all are on your way to being homeowners! Our goal is to keep you on track to reach your goal/dream. Below are the top MUST NOTS, so we keep those future keys in your hands! PLEASE DON'T........

  1. CHANGE JOBS, QUIT YOUR JOB OR BECOME SELF EMPLOYED.
  2. BUY A CAR, VAN, OR TRUCK DURING THIS PROCESS. WAIT UNTIL AFTER CLOSING.
  3. BUY FURNITURE, LARGE APPLIANCES OR ANY MAJOR PURCHASE.
  4. USE CREDIT CARDS EXCESSIVELY OR WORSE, LET THEM GO BEHIND.
  5. STOP PAYING YOUR RENT OR CURRENT MORTGAGE.
  6. APPLY FOR ANY CREDIT CARDS, LINES OF CREDIT OR ANYTHING THAT YOUR CREDIT IS CHECKED.
  7. MAKE LARGE DEPOSITS WITHOUT TALKING WITH YOUR LOAN OFFICER.
  8. CHANGE BANK ACCOUNTS OR TRANSFER MONEY WITHIN ACCOUNTS.
  9. COSIGN A LOAN FOR ANYONE.

You might think I'm a bit silly to remind you... Unfortunately people forget, and what you might think is no big deal, your bank might think very different. Please discuss any changes with your Mortgage Professional and as always, please feel free to contact us. Call/Text Kathy @ 678.494.0644 or Stephanie @ 678.827.4286. It's our honor to serve you!
